Anxiety is the feeling that you cant control something or someone or something else in your life. To be anxious means to be afraid of it, or to be afraid of something that is threatening to you. I wouldnt say that anxiety is bad, just a little bit of bad. I think that most of the time it just means that you dont know what is going on, or what to do.
